Let me start off by saying that my experience every time I come here is outstanding. This last experience has topped them all. April (my regular stylist) was training their newest addition (Trinity). Both were very professional and personable. I recommend any one who wants a friendly environment and an excellent haircut.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I am NEVER going to go to a sports clips again. The stylist Kelly in particular was the most unprofessional hair stylist I have ever seen. From the beginning she was rude and acted like she couldn’t understand how I wanted my hair cut. I even showed her pictures on my phone of exactly how I wanted it cut, and yet she didn’t listen to one word I told her. I simply wanted it short on the sides and longer on the top and yet she couldn’t do one of the simplest men’s hair cuts. she completely messed up my hairline in the back, she didn’t cut my hair evenly, she was rough with my head the entire time, and I even got to a point to where I had to stop her from ruining my hair even more and then she asked in the rudest way possible “Is there anything else I could do for you” acting Like she just wanted me to leave the store. While I was walking out I looked back at the woman that ruined my hair and she was staring at me and started giggling at me because she knew what she did to my hair. So I went back into the store and I asked to speak to a manager and the manager herself told me to wait while she was busy, then I noticed in the back kelly looking at me again laughing knowing the manager would do nothing about my complaint, I can’t lie I lost my temper and said “she knows she F***** my S*** up!” then the manager started trying to kick me out of the store. While she was telling me to get out of the store I notice kelly wink at me and start mocking me because she knew she messed up my hair cut and she knew she would have no consequences because the manager had her back the whole time and did not take anything I told her in consideration. I really believe she was treating me with such disrespect because I had a coupon for a $10 hair cut I got at work. I highly recommend to find atleast one person who knows how to work with customers or how to cut hair properly because Kelly from sports clips is the worst, the most unprofessional, and the rudest hair stylist I have ever meet.
